Appointed via groupon cancelled due to the covid in March - nor tried to rebook - but she isnt taking any discounted bookings - terrible customer service - didnt even bother to contact me to advise this
Wouldn't go to this shop again

Caroline Best is a brilliant salon and I throughly enjoyed my facial that I had with her.
The salon was relaxing and I was to unwind and enjoy my facial throughout.
I will definitely visit again

Fabulous massage, did the trick for my knotty back. Caroline is lovely.
