Carolina School Outfitters

I have used Carolina on two separate occasions and I found not only Carolina to be professional, easy to communicate with she went above and beyond for me on both occasions, she also personally delivered clothing to my house.

We booked an appointment for a first uniform fitting and were in and out in 15min. Staff were friendly, well prepared and organised. Items that werent in stock were ordered and areived within 2 weeks. I would prefer if there was more than one shop for our specific uniform, and was daunted by the negative reviews, however, the service was excellent!

It's extremely frustrating to be forced to buy uniform from Carolina School Outfitters. I have found the shop randomly closed during its stated opening hours numerous times. Uniform items (for Wanstead High School) such as trousers, jumpers, fleeces and PE kits are frequently out of stock with waits of a month or more. Quality of items is poor, with logos wearing off and fabrics looking tired after just a couple of washes. To make things worse, service is often rude and unhelpful. I think a one-star review is generous for this company and wish WHS would switch supplier.

Horrible service! Keep making up excuses and promises! Ordered specific girls shirts that are not available in high street shops. Took money and after 6 weeks of calling and emailing still haven’t got my order! Cancelled it.
Reordered from Loughton Forest uniform shop- was ready for collection next day!
