I really value working with Carolina, right from our first meeting she was understanding and empathic which meant that I felt safe and that I could be totally honest with her. I never felt criticised or judged. Together we worked to get to the heart of the issues but I also gained skills and practical solutions to deal with some very difficult challenges I was experiencing.

Carolina was extremely helpful- I was very impressed that given that we did therapy on zoom, she was able to provide a supportive space and help me to reflect on a very stressful issue in my life in the space of a few sessions. It really helped me to move forward. I would definately use this service again.
