Carolina's Coffee Shop

Always a pleasure to go to this delightful little coffee/tea shop. The staff are friendly and helpful and I noticed the same people working pretty much since Carolina’s opening, personally I think this in itself is a good sign for any business! It’s generally packed but I never had more than a couple of minutes waiting to get a table and in summer you can sit outside. Delicious shakes,cakes and the sandwiches are amazing and you can ask to swap ingredients around according to what you fancy. Maybe a little on the expensive side but I am happy to pay that bit extra to get the ‘homemade touch’ other places round here don’t have. I hope this coffee shop is going to be around for a long time!
