I offer counselling and EMDR [Eye Movement Desensitisation] for a variety of psychological problems. I abide by the ethical frameworks of UKCP, BACP and EMDR UK & Ireland.

I have nearly 15 years experience of working one to one with clients and during that time have trained to work with many aspects of psychological difficulties some of which are very common today for example; panic attacks, depression and abuse. Abuse comes in many forms and sometimes we don't understand what is happening to us and how we can learn to move forward and be symptom free.

Essential to my work is confidentiality which is often the first thing people ask about. We will discuss this in greater detail along with other important aspects of your therapy such as what you can expect, the type of work I would suggest to address your distress, the likely duration of the therapy and the cost.
