I am an experienced and qualified Professional Coach - I have been running my practice for over 12 years based in North London and Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex.

I offer Personal and Professional Development Coaching and Business Coaching to individuals and companies. My aim is to help my clients achieve greater success with their careers and their businesses as well as improving the quality of their lives.

Before qualifying as a coach, I spent many years running a London based communications and marketing consultancy with a high-profile portfolio of blue chip corporations and household name brands. This valuable experience helps me coach and mentor executives at all levels from trainee to MD.

My coaching aims to bring focus, confidence, fulfilment and success. My clients are typically professionals working in the corporate sector, the creative industries or for themselves.

Part of the process is to explore and set challenging and exciting goals, create successful life and work plans and find the right strategies to overcome the obstacles that may get in the way.

With the current requirement for social distancing, I am running my sessions via Skype, Zoom or phone rather than face-to-face at my London practice or the client's workplace.
