The reflexology is healing, relaxing and therapeutic. Carole's treatment has really supported my health and wellbeing over the past 3-4 years.
Reiki treatment from Carole has also helped both me and my son to heal and recover from emotional strains.
I would not hesitate in recommending Carole as a therapist.

Effective and relaxing

Carole put me at ease straight away with her warm, professional manner. The treatment was clearly explained and I felt confident in Carole’s care and experience. The reflexology was effective and relaxing. I have already noticed a difference in my wellbeing and will continue to have reflexology with Carole. I would recommend her to anyone, especially someone who is curious about reflexology, as she is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions!

Amazing

I am new to Reiki. I went to Carol after reading several websites. She wasn't the closest to me, but her background instilled the most confidence. I didn't know how I would find it. I thought I'll just see what happens and if it's not amazing then I know and don't have to do it again. But it was actually a wow experience. She knew without me telling her where pain was in my body. I went away feeling lighter and happier. The next week was equally amazing. I think this has to be part of my routine for now on. The time and cost are really worth it for the improvement it makes on quality of life.

An investment in your well-being

I was recommended reflexology from Carole by a customer so decided to give it a try.....I now go every month and find it very relaxing and therapeutic. Have recommended Carole to friends, I consider the treatment an investment in my health and all round wellbeing. Excellent.

Jikiden Reiki

I have completed my Jikiden Reiki training with Carole, and also repeated the course as I loved it so much! Carole takes the time to answer any questions in a friendly and open environment. I always leave feeling inspired, relaxed and confident in my training! Thank you.
