We bought a Christmas tree stand this morning it didn’t work with our tree, so 45 minutes later we went back to swap it for a different tree stand. However, they refused to refund the £5 difference onto my card! The customer service appalling, beware if you buy anything and want to exchange anything, even the same day, they will not refund you, even if your buying the same product in a different size!

2 years running I have bought plants, 2 years running they have had greenfly infestation, buyer beware.

First visit for some time, pleasant lunch, followed by overcharging for the plants I purchased, as I discovered upon arriving home.

I messaged expressing my concern at the overcharge and poor customer service at the checkout, but no one bothered to respond.

Cannot imagine I will be returning at any time on the near future.

Don't believe the negative reviews!! rang to make an enquiry, answered on the second ring by a polite lady, cheerful lady who furnished e with all the information I needed.

No one answers the telephone or listens to voice messages! Four messages left and no reply. Tried various times of the day to speak with someone.
Don't wish to travel to find out the item is not available or they don't stock. Obviously they don't want my custom!
