1Happy to take my £500.00 deposit and now will not refund even though he agreed to it in writing in an email. I am now having to use the credit card company to dispute to get the agreed refund.

You were always going to get your deposit back but its not pleasant when you are out of pocket is it? It certainly was a truly awful experience but now that we have moved on we are able to concentrate our energy on the nice customers that we serve daily.
