Shocking to deal with if you are a Motor Dealer. Had the audacity to send paperwork OUT OF HOURS demanding our banking details with no prior call or engagement to let us know they are interested in one of our cars, when we re-opened on Monday morning and see all their demands, to then become rude over the phone after we tell them it has already been sold! They had already told their customer that the car was theirs and they now owned it! Their customer even called to ask when he could pick it up and we had no idea what was going on? To then leave us a poor review calling US rude? Had they called in the first instance during business hours then we could have easily reserved the car for them.
Very poor business management, and they let their customer down.
