Welcome to Carmichaels House Clearance Service

We are a small family business located in the seaside town of Dawlish in South Devon.

We specialise in house clearance / small removals and our aim is to re-use or recycle as much as possible. We are fully insured and registered with the Department of the Environment.

In addition, we are able to offer a cleaning service and garden tidying on request.

We work closely with Ellie's Attic, a local recycling / upcycling business (http://www.ellies-attic.co.uk) who restore, repair or upcycle items. We are sensitive to clients' needs in that we would donate items to nominated charities if requested.

We are fully insured and hold an Environment Agency waste carriers licence!

Sympathetic and thoroughly efficient

Carmichaels cleared my elderly friend's flat at short notice. They arranged to meet me the day after I called them to view the property and were able to give me a quotation the next day which involved no hidden extras.

Initially I had enquired about Full house clearance from a Charity but they had only offered an estimate and were unable to attend to the job for three weeks.

It was a great relief to find Carmichaels, a local family business. They were most sympathetic and non-judgemental and they worked very hard and did an excellent job. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.

excellent friendly service

We knew we had a mammoth task clearing out our late parents home. They did a excellent job in a sensitive and caring way. They worked very hard for a very reasonable fee. Thank you.
