At Carmichael Brown Heating we specialise in home heating and plumbing maintenance, our engineers are Gas Safe registered and our team are based in London and the home counties helping us provide coverage across London, Surrey, and inside the M25.
For those with rental properties, landlords, AirBnB owners, and property managers we provide annual maintenance, emergency breakdown call outs, repairs, installations and general handy work. We have experience of working with estate agents, individual landlords, of both single & multiple properties, we are used to managing keys for the property and operating swiftly to minimise disruption to tenants.
We provide landlord certificates including Gas Safety Certificates, electrical EICR Reports and Building Regulation Certificates. As the owner of a rental property you are legally bound to obtain a Gas Safety Certificate and carry out periodic electrical reviews.
