Wonderful Cattery and Kennels
5The owner is very friendly and i am happy going away knowing my beloved pets are being well looked after.
I have boarded my cat there. On arrival I rang the bell several times but nobody opened. I rang them x-times - no answer. Finally after 20 min a lady answered the phone and told me that her husband would come out to collect the cat. Nothing happened. I phoned again. He came out , took the cat. I asked if I can see where the car was going. He said he hadn't cleaned the place yet. This was at 10 in the morning. I had to leave my cat there as I had to catch a plane. I wasn't happy but I had no choice. Never ever will I use this place again.
I don't know what this lady is talking about. She has been boarding her cats with us for a few years now. She collected her cat only two days ago and didn't say anything. My Cattery is one of the better catteries in the area. Also her name is not Ursula, it is Caroline D S.
