Had my Mums funeral today. Carmelina did the organising. The thoughtful touches and made the whole thing seamless.

Two brilliant women who carry out their job in the most professional and supporting manor. They were both willing to go out of their way to help and support our family during our most difficult time. Highly recommended !

Dreadful service. When my brother passed away his ex boss contributed with £ 200 towards the funeral cost. The £ 200 were supposed to be used for his funeral dress, which he never got. We asked this lady several times for a picture proof of the dress and she always came back with an excuse, either her computer has no charge, either she was in hospital, now her grandmother died, etc etc. Now she has blocked us the family on wathapp, so we can't contact her anymore. We are now gonna hire a lawyer to look into this and take action. Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely wonderful service from Carmelina and all her team. Compassionate, caring and friendly team. Carmelina carried out the service for my Dad. The poems were perfect, summed up exactly what my Family and I wanted. Carmelina’s wording of her reading was as if she had known my Dad, caring and funny. Nothing was too much and I would highly recommend this fantastic team to all!
