Carmela Deli

I was asked to leave because they serve families only at one point. I entered after the couple, no other people in the shop. Absolutely unwelcoming behaviour.

Such a shame but my favourite calzone has less filling and the pastry is now so thick it's not very appetising. What's happened? It was not like this to start with but now after bying them since the deli opened it is certainly not to standard. Please carmela put back the filling. You are not fooling the customers

Truly great service, staff did everything to help us enjoy the experience. Excellent food. Will definitely return when next in Horsham.
