At Carmaster, we pride ourselves on providing the very highest levels of service and care to our customers and staff.

We offer complete servicing, MOTs and specialise in the diagnostic areas of modern vehicles repairs including engine management, SRS, air conditioning systems, as well as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) including radar calibration & camera calibration.

We believe in a culture of continual learning and improvement, we pride ourselves on the keeping up with modern technology by training all our staff in the best training centres up and down the country.

We currently employ 7 Technicians at who hold a Level 3 IMI Diploma or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Principles.

In addition, 6 of those Technicians are also qualified MOT testers. We have also have Technicians who are IMI Level 3 qualified in Auto Refrigerant Handling and Air Conditioning System Diagnostics.

Furthermore, as hybrid & electric vehicles are becoming more readily available, our team have begun to diversity & 3 employees currently hold a Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Systems qualification, with a fourth working towards one. This is vital to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers.

In line with recent developments in car safety systems, 4 of our team hold recognised qualifications in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) & all our workshop team are qualified in Advanced DPF Diagnostics.

As we strive to provide the very best in advice & customer care, our Reception team are not left out. Most recently, they have also received Advanced DPF Diagnostics training alongside Level 3 qualifications in First Aid at Work.

Finally, we are passionate about the development of young people in our industry & as a result, have supported the development of one of our Technicians from Apprentice to Level 3 during the time that he has been with us.
