Amazing service! I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrea, she's lovely and was able to help me with my order whilst the website was undergoing maintenance, and it wouldn't let me place an order online so she was able to produce an invoice for me. The delivery was very quick and arrived the next day after I placed my order. She was quick to respond and very polite and friendly.

My relative contacted Andrea at Carlyon Funeral Directors when she knew that she was dying. Andrea came to their home to talk to her about her own arrangements. I opened the door to her and will never forget how she looked, so professional and calm, we all immediately liked and trusted her and our trust was well placed. When the sad time came to carry out my relative's instructions the arrangements were first class, especially given the curved ball and restrictions of a global pandemic. The level of communication was second to none. Such kindness and compassion so I can only echo comments of the 5 star rating reviews. Andrea and her team went above and beyond our expectations. And the cost has to be mentioned, it was well within the budget that we had set aside. I honestly can't recommend the services of Carlyon Funeral Directors enough. I sadly had occassion to have to contact Carlyon Funeral Directors Mount Hawke recently and am so pleased I did. They are the most gentle, caring and professional people you could ever wish to meet, and my family and I cannot thank them enough or indeed speak too highly of them. The funeral and service was very personal, had immense feeling and beautifully conducted throughout. Funerals are of course extremely sad and distressful times, nevertheless they were always there for us and gave the most unbelievable support throughout as they still continue to do so today. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall cost particularly having regard to the high standards throughout. When the time comes contact them you simply cannot go wrong.

Andrea was fantastic in the way she dealt with everything both before and after the funeral. It was a challenge for her dealing with an Islamic funeral for the first time, she took every obstacle in her stride and did us all proud.
