Carlton Plastics

Booked to have a window fitted in place of an existing door. At the time of booking we explained that we would be keeping the door as it was only a few years old and in perfect condition. This was acknowledged as what was going to happen. The fitter arrived and fitted the window however he decided to take the existing door, without permission he loaded our properly into his van and removed it. We contacted the company and explained this and were told the door would be returned. I’ve sent messages via the website and heard absolutely nothing back. Luckily we have CCTV of the incident! This was back in August and still our door has not been returned we are fed up and frustrated. Shocking service, absolutely do not recommend

Just had two sets of lift and slide patio doors fitted to the front of my house. I first saw them in a showroom in Exeter and was very impressed with them,I asked for an estimate from the firm and after 4 months of trying with no success gave up on them.
I called into Carlton Plastics on the off chance and although they didn’t know the product they contacted the manufacturers for me and within two days had a quote for me.
They gave me a estimated time for fitting them which they kept too.The doors have now been fitted and the 3 man team that fitted them were excellent.
I am very pleased with the product and workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend Carlton Plastics to anyone.

Carlton plastics is a family run local double glazing company,The quality and finish of there work is the best i have ever seen and there pricing is very good ,The fitters showed the utmost of respect to me and my property. I hav'nt had to do any internal decorating or repairs due to the quality of the fit and finish. The shop staff are very professional and polite and were happy to answer all my questions no matter how daft they sounded. I would 100 % recomend this company and i would definitely use them again.

I have been going to Saltash Carlton plastics for years, never once have I been disappointed with there service. A friendly team always happy to help.

New door and window sealed unit fitted without fault. Tidied up afterwards and did a good job.
Communication between order and installation could have been better but no complaints overall.
