Dr. Zoka couldn't adjust my crown, and instead of fixing it, she started filing away from another crown and a tooth, which were perfect before . She completely ruined those, My old crown was perfect and t cost me 1500, done in the usa. And my tooth is damaged too.
Don't let her touch your teeth!

Totally irresponsible and impolite practice. We had family Ill health issues and confusion about appointments plus no reminders. Then after 7 years of being patients they discharged my 11 year old via text message. They then said that my daughters extractions needed for a brace would cost over £300 despite her being an NHS patient. It was deeply distressing. I tried to communicate with them but they were rude and dismissive. Left me with no dental care for my children. I feel they are keen to get rid of NHS patients especially children to boost their private practice. Every other dentist I called to try and find a slot for my children said they would never discharge a child. Luckily I have now found an amazing dentist who is brilliant with my kids and myself.

I wasn't happy at all with this dental practice. I would not recommend them ever. They cancelled my appointment an hour before I was due to see them. When I had to cancel a previous appointment because I was unwell, they struck me off. To make it worse, they made me another appointment but on my way to this "next" appointment, they called me to say the dentist refused to treat me because I didn't attend the last appointment when I was unwell. They actually told me this one hour before my new appointment while I was on the way there. I was on private treatment so i ended up wasting a lot of time and money. I would never advise anyone to go to this dentist. Not caring and only out for money.

I saw a dentist who was trying to push a private dental plan onto me.
When I said I wasn't interested they seemed less interested.
I wasn't even offered a scrape and polish as you should get with band 1 NHS treatments.
I had to ring back and ask for it. They said that the dentist thinks I need to see the hygienist costing £80!!! What planet are these people on. Would not go back again. Not a good vibe in the place. A definite thumbs down to this place. Steer Clear!!!!

Contacted today by them & told I owed £12 for treatment before COVID & that I could pay by card.
Pointed out that they used to ask you to pay before seeing dentist & then wanted a £10 deposit for next visit.
They called back today & apparently owe me £32!
Make your own mind up! But please don’t pay anything without asking questions!!
