5Previous to visiting Carlton Hardware Ltd I had been to B&Q, toolstation and screwfix and no one could help with what I was looking for so I didn't hold out any hope as you can imagine.
The gentleman smiled and asked me the type I needed. He knew exactly what I was talking about, out he popped into a magical back room and return with a diaphragm! He totally saved the day for me, also got a lovely sturdy gate lock. Very reasonable prices and great customer service! Thank you again so much!
