Given a quote from Bexley to Euston which was very competitive. Driver arrived bang on time and was very kind, polite and friendly. Despite road closures at Euston the driver got us to the drop off point in good time.
Had the same driver for return journey and got a call 15 mins before we arrived back at Euston to say he was waiting for us.
Couldn’t have asked more from Carlton Cars and driver Dave.

Thanks to both the controller & driver. Cab arrived within 5 minutes. And a text with link showed me exactly where the driver was. Very polite driver - clean car & faultless service. Can't see why someone has given them 1* before. Many thanks - will definitely use again

Rang Carlton for price to travel from welling to st thomas’s Hospital at westiminster bridge. They gave a price of £46. We ordered an Uber who estimated £23 to £31 we were charged £25.61p by Uber and they arrived within 5 minutes. Excellent drive by a very good West Indian driver. Money well spent.
