Carlton Cars

This is the worst taxi service I’ve ever used . I ordered a taxi was waiting 45 minutes after saying it was on its way a number of times it never arrived would never use it again . Waste of my time and was very late collecting my children very disappointed.

Pre-booked a six seater for a journey from a wedding reception in Hayes to home. Pre-booked so that I would know we would have a car to take us home, pregnant lady and 2 young children amongst the passengers. We were left to stand outside the venue in the cold and on our own at 1am. Over half an hour late and after each of the 3 phone calls made, got told the car would be with us in five minutes. When the driver arrived - he had only been given the journey 2 minutes before picking us up with no apology.

Socking service.

An 8 seater had been booked by my daughter in law to pick up in Tunbridge Wells at 11.25 and drive to Bromley Civic Centre for a wedding. The driver did not arrive until 11.55 and when asked if he realised he was half an hour late, rather than apologising, immediately became abusive and threatened to leave us stranded. He blamed his late arrival on the weather and his pda. Your control which your website claims has improved did not attempt to contact us. The bad weather was very well forecast and should not have been a surprise. I have had no response from Carlton to my email complaint to them
