Carlos Cycles

Firstly I don't like leaving bad reviews,but I can't resolve a issue with shop ,via other methods
I took a brand new unbuilt un ridden bike frame to them to have brand new hope aluminium headset bottom cup installed,, when frame was picked up from said completed work,the frame paint was chipped and cup was badly marked and out of shape, they've obviously used a hard steel punch,or similar to drive cup into frame,the damage now stops the bearing from sitting properly,and obvious paint damage to frame,I've sent messages on couple of occasions with photos to show damage, these messages have been read ,and ignored,so no I would not recommend this shop for this kind of work, especially as I've asked for help regarding the damage,to be totally ignored

Absolutely amazing products, I bought a pair of valve, dust caps and a pair of BMX grips. Couldn’t recommend them more. The man was lovely and even fitted my grips for me! Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Carlos cycles and would use them if my bike broke or I needed new parts for my bike. 😀😀

Hi my name is Ethan I am autistic I have been going to Carl for about one year now he has helped me to maintain and keep my bike in good condition he is very helpful when I need it I have and definitely will recommend it to anyone in our local area also he has a great personality and won’t make fun of you if you don’t have a clue 😂 instead he shows you and explains what the problem is and how it can be fixed
(Overall I would and am more than happy to recommend Carlos cycles to anyone and everyone who needs some help with there bike or bikes) in my eyes I would rather pay to support my local bike shop Carlos any day over somewhere like Halfords as you just don’t get as good of service, as you do at your local bike shop 👍 1000% recommend him and his services 👍

Carlos Cycles has been fantastic, my son is autistic and Carl has a lot of time for him. Gives him time and support to help him learn what is wrong with his bike and will show him how to look after his bike. He will service his bike as Well at short notice have and will recommend him to others.
