Carlisle Bed Centre Ltd

Carlisle Bed Centre don't deserve one star. I bought an electric bed from them. After a short while ,it stopped working . After many phone calls two men came and had a look at it. They said they would send for new parts. After many other phone calls , they said the parts were not suitable. A month later the manager came and had a look. He said he would sort it out . This was months ago. When i ring the shop to speak to him they just say he is out. He will not contact me. The staff in the shop don't want to know. The bed cost me £1000 . I am 75 years old and i need this bed. Don't shop here Disgusting staff. They just ignore my e mails. This bed is still under guarantee.

I recently bought a divan bed base (no headboard) form carlicle bed centre. I decided I would put it together myself. When the bed arrived there was no instructions so rather then risk putting it together myself the delivery man offered to put it together for £15. It turns out that all this job involves is srewing 4 bolts in and disposing of 3 plastic bags. I feel like I have been ripped off. I complained but got nowhere.
