We were attacked for not stating how many people were in a cab even though we ordered a cab earlier with the same 5 people. As party of a dispatchers duty is to ask how many people are getting in a cab. When we brought this up we were met with a unprofessional manner talking to us if we were high school children. When trying to argue point calmly he hung up on our call twice and nothing was done. If you want safety and for a professional service please go somewhere else .
