Avoid!!

Travelling back from London late last night.
When I made the booking I mentioned I was not sure of exact time coming back +/- 15 mins. Politely informed it's not be a problem, we can change it when you are on the train back. After calling from the train to advise correct time, chap the other end was so rude, arrogant, aggressive & totally unhelpful.
I explained I had mentioned that I was unsure of correct pick up time. He launched into one saying that I should not have been told that and there was nothing he was prepared to do.
I have phoned their office this morning and relayed everything that was said to me and told it would be dealt with but I have no guarantee anything will be done.
My thoughts are if this was my daughter, wife or a young person travelling that had made arrangements to be left alone with no help whatsoever, is extremely bad.
I shall not be using DSM Carline ever again and I would warn anyone thinking of using them to think twice.

My wife was left in the middle of nowhere with no available transportation anywhere near her

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I just got off the phone with my crying wife. THe taxi driver left her a mile from the airport with no transport around and 45kg of luggage because he didn't want to pay the 3 bucks airport fee. WELL SOMEBODY HAD TO WARN MY WIFE ABOUT THAT. YOU ARE THE CHEAPEST MOST DISGUSTING COMPANY I HAVE EVER HEARD OF. Leaving my 40kg wife with 45kg of luggage in the middle of nowhere! SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!! Thumbs up to the airport personal that when introduced to the situation IMMEDIATELY sent a vehicle to get her. DISGUSTING what you did! Not even an apology after something like that... Never EVER USE !

Pathetic service. Booked a taxi was told 45 mins, waited 75 mins only to be told the driver was at the wrong address! The ‘lady’ on the phone shouted it wasn’t her fault then proceeded to tell me she is stressed as her husband should have been having an operation? Not my problem! Don’t go to work then! Wouldn’t use them again!!!

I booked a taxi for 7am on Wednesday 27th From Smallfield to horley train station. On the morning the taxi was delayed so I rang twice and no answer. The reason I booked a taxi is because my mum has poor eye sight and doesn’t feel comfortable driving in the dark. However because your taxi was almost 15 minutes late and I would have missed my train had I left any later and as a result I had to get my poor mum to take me to the station and leave her to drive home alone in the dark. I am so disappointed with Carline DSM. It’s vital that the taxis Turn up on time when trying to get a train but Even more so that this is a Small town where people really rely on taxis (some people have no back up option at all). This used to be a brilliant taxi service but in the last year you have either shown up 10 minutes early (also annoying when you have to stand on a cold station platform) or 10 minutes late and causing people to miss their trains.
