Not happy with the path laid at our property which we now have to pay someone else to sort.
A few days after being laid the cement cracked in between the slabs. Carlin responded to this by offering a small discount.
8 months later with little use, a slab has now become detached. I contacted him at 10 months after not being able to sort ourselves. We highlighted our concerns and asked how it could be rectified, was ignored for 4 days, then asked if there was anything we could do ourselves as looked like he was not going to help. After prompting him 3 times, Carlin eventually responded, essentially advising us that it needed to be relaid with cement. I advised we could not do ourselves (as don't have the tools) but did not offer to help.
We pointed out to him that he should really be taking responsibility for this, especially given that the path has not been tested anywhere near it's intended, and agreed purpose. Again I was ignored until I decided to write a review.
