Carla is a rare find; a warm and engaging person with great communication skills who is also reliable and thorough. Easy to chat to and quick to respond to questions, she went into so much detail when cleaning our guttering and windows. She even found a hole in our roof with her survey of the job, which helped us out no end. I couldn’t get over the effort and attention to detail that she brings to the job; I’ve never had a window cleaner like her before. Keep up the hard work Carla, and thanks for being great at your job!
