Carl Rosner and Adrian at the service department are EPIC.The best ,nicest service
i have ever experienced . Adrian went above and beyond to fix my Bonneville T120 ,its perfect. If anyone wants to buy a triumph this is the place to go and the place to service it.

Bought my first “proper” bike from Carl Rosner back in November 2014 on the day I passed my full bike test. Second Hand Honda NT700VA (Yes the Dullville 🤭) Still got that bike now but replacing it with the new Triumph Tiger Rally Pro and passing the Honda to my son.

The test ride(s) and buying experience has been superb from start to finsh.
Test rode the 900 GT Pro and the 900 Rally Pro back to back with an hour on each one.
Both were great bikes but I think I already knew it would have to be the Khaki Rally Pro.
Rob has been superb throughout, with frequent communation and updates.
Was going to trade in my 2015 Yamaha MT09 but at the very last minute I just couldn’t bear to part with it.
No drama from Rob just amended the deposit and good to go.
Picking her up in 2 weeks.

I have dealt with Rosner's over a number of years, having purchased six new bikes from them. I have found all the staff I have come in contact with to be helpful , courteous and extremely professional . The service provided , from sale to servicing , has been exceptional.

Bought preowned bike from them with 3 months warranty, broke down twice and costly recover costs to get to dealers , faulty tps sensor in end , didn’t want to pay and no follow up phone call , poor dealership
