Additionally, the quality of their workmanship cannot be faulted and Carl’s tiler Lee is fantastic too. This is a family business, with family values and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Prior to quoting for the work, Carl helped us to design the layout of our main and en-suite bathrooms and advised us about the type of shower and underfloor heating to install. During the refurbishment we discovered that walls and floors were rotten and needed to be replaced. This was quickly identified by Carl and his team and he immediately recommended a course of action. At no point did Carl advise papering over the cracks to overcome this setback and he approached each problem in a calm, logical and professional way.

When embarking on a large refurbishment project, you never know what horrors you are going to uncover. Carl will always see a job through to the end regardless of any setbacks.
