Carl visited recently to look at my indoor seized stopcock which he managed to free off without needing new parts. He was on time, respectful of property, friendly and extremely competent. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely call him with any plumbing aspect.

If you are looking for a professional company who, turn up on time, are polite and approachable, offer helpful advice, don’t cut corners, lay down dust sheets and tidy up as they go and do what they promise, look no further. Additionally, the quality of their workmanship cannot be faulted and Carl’s tiler Lee is fantastic too. This is a family business, with family values and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Our new en-suite is 100% perfect.

Prior to quoting for the work, Carl helped us to design the layout of our main and en-suite bathrooms and advised us about the type of shower and underfloor heating to install. During the refurbishment we discovered that walls and floors were rotten and needed to be replaced. This was quickly identified by Carl and his team and he immediately recommended a course of action. At no point did Carl advise papering over the cracks to overcome this setback and he approached each problem in a calm, logical and professional way.

When embarking on a large refurbishment project, you never know what horrors you are going to uncover. Carl will always see a job through to the end regardless of any setbacks. Now that the job is completed, I am over the moon with how smart both bathrooms look. He's professional, reliable and above all else he doesn't cut corners. I have enjoyed having Carl and his team work in my house and they worked as if it was their own bathrooms they were installing.
