I rate this zero stars! Absolutely terrible service that’s if they would actually respond to you. Managed to get someone to come and look at a job and was told we would have a quote within days. Weeks later after constantly trying to contact them and being repeatedly ignored we managed to get through to someone extremely rude with the worst attitude ever. Poor customer service. Dodged a bullet.

Absolutely terrible .. worst workmanship ever . Had to get them back numerous times , they still didn’t get it right. Left the house a total mess . Terrible attitude, rude, obnoxious.
Do yourself a favour and do not use this firm ..

Had to call Carl and his lads out when water was flooding into my lounge they came out in a storm and helped secure then came back the following day found the problem and repaired straight away reasonable price with being called out.
