Carl Keith Salon

I visited the salon for the first time today, after a work colleague recommended it. The salon is amazing - while I was getting my hair washed the chair provided a much needed massage. Hair dresser was very friendly and explained everything to me. The result is lovely hair - and a more relaxed me. I would recommend to a friend, and I WILL be going back.

I went to get my hair done for the third time. Always with the same stylist who is lovely. The salon is amazing and beautiful inside. However, this time i asked the stylist to make my hair two shades lighter and only realised that all my roots are orange when i got home!!! It's awful!!! I have three different colours in my hair. It looks absolutely ridiculous.

Salon is lovely and beautiful, a big improvement from its previous location (over the road). But that's as far as the good experience goes.
Asked for my roots to be done. Still waiting!
Stylist hardly spoke and had a bit of an attitude. I had to force a conversation out of her and could hardly hear her when she did bother to reply. Luckily she didn't ask me to rebook whilst raising a forced smile. Roots are now brassy and stand out more than the grey did.
Couldn't recommend this salon.

My hair is absolutely messed up after 4 hour staying in their salon. It is better if they told me that they are not able to do my hair as the same way I want. I will not recommend to anyone. I got the worst hair ever.

. Staff miserable, not exchanged 2 words throughout the whole process.
. Not willing to listen to what the client wants.
. Awful atmosphere.
. Used to be offered a drink, not anymore.
. No interest in repeat business.
. Couldn't wait to leave and will certainly not be returning
