Professional

No hassle contact,arranged visit for a broken down washing machine.
Terms and conditions advised before the appointment.
He called before arrival, assessed the fault and repaired the machine in the same visit.

Machine was not a run of the mill appliance,but this did not faze Carl,other companies in the area wouldn’t attend as they only had experience in certain types of appliance, ours is a top loader washing machine.

Professional and amenable service, I would recommend Carl ,without reservation.

100% recommend Carl. We booked him in recently to take a look at our oven and washing machine, which both had developed problems. He very quickly found the issues with both and gave us a costing for repairs (including labour). Both appliances now fixed and working again. Polite, efficient, professional and good value.
