Carl installed a new boiler system for my parents in Wallasey recently, a ‘technically advanced’ (terrifying remote control thingymajig), which put my folks into a tailspin. Absolute Kudos to Carl for ‘repeated emergency call outs and patience’ to show them how to turn it on and off, and more that I won’t mention here.
