Had an appointment for my sister at 3pm on the 27th March. Took a day off work and picked my sister to school at 2pm due to her dentist appointment. Normally finish at 3:15pm.
Drove from my house in Rochdale to Manchester to pick my mum up from her house then my sister up from school. We were running 10 minutes late to our dentist appointment which my mum called and informed the receptionist about this. We arrived at 3:10pm and was given a form to fill in.
As my mum finished filling in the form she was told it’s late now and she cannot be seen for the appointment. Will have to rearrange for June which is very far off. I was very disappointed due to me taking a day off work having to drive all round and my sister not finishing school just to be told we cannot be seen till the next 3 months.

As a nervous patient. Mr Maxwell always makes me feel at ease and comfortable... it’s a friendly practice and all the staff are warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this dental practice

Great dentist which delivers high quality service, I have been attending this practice for many years alongside my family. Dr Idrees is especially good when treating my nervous self.
