Cannot fault the care given- excellent.Unfortunately schedules are constantly altered without

Thank you for your comments, they are very much appreciated. However at this time we were dealing and coping with Covid-19 and its consequences. I do know that we spoke on many occasions regarding this matter and it was explained that call times may vary as we had staff off with covid who had to isolate for 10 days. This had an affect on call times and we had to implement our business continuity plan. I have since spoken to you and I understand the matter has now been resolved.
