A reminiscence project working in residential homes and other care settings for older people
CARM provides support and services to older and vulnerable people on Romney Marsh and parts of rural Ashford. Our stated missions is to support people living on Romney Marsh and its surrounding rural areas who are socially isolated. Through this support we aim to improve people's well-being, to help people remain independent for longer and to enhance the quality of life of the rural communities where we operate. In pursuing this mission we will treat people with dignity and respect.
Through the dedication of our skilled and highly committed volunteers we have a significant positive impact on the lives of local older and vulnerable people and by virtue of our services we improve people's access to all health and welfare services
We now provide a range of services which offer support to over 300 older and vulnerable people every week, and demand for our services continues to increase.
