Diabolical service. Shame I can't upload a video on here to show that driver. Put the food near my door. Took a photo and then left with the food. Uber eats didn't care. Call me a liar. And said I'm not getting a refund. Caribbean Taste catering did pretty much the same. For feedback. Please allow people to show video footage on here. That's what we have videos around the houses for.

Don't waste your time only half the meal turned up trying to get a refund but will not answer the phone . Food that came was stone cold so had to be microwaved . If you want to be disappointed this is the place to waste your money av

Absolutely shocking service. Reading the reviews below I can totally relate to there stories. Food was 3 hours later than promise time and I had excuses such as "I can't find the house number" "I've been on the road for half an hour" btw the road goes from 1-45 not a big road....
When he arrived he completely disregarded any questioning I did on why he couldn't find the house and I imagine it's the same imbecile that is mentioned in all comments below. Utterly ruined my evening.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save your money, if you order at first thing in the morning there's a small chance you might get your food ( cold and soggy) by lunchtime. My food was hours late keeping me up til after 11pm like I don't have a job to wake up for? And they had the bare faced cheek to demand full payment for their gross offering. I rang multiple times and got the usual "it'll be there soon" until they just stopped picking up and I went to sleep assuming it wouldn't come. This is the worst service I've ever had from a takeaway and from the looks of other reviews this is how they do business. Don't make the same mistake as me, read the reviews and go somewhere else.

They overcharged with an order in store, and since they don't do online bank reimbursements i requested they deliver me food of that amount. Long story short, i'm waiting 3 hours 45 minutes later. They refused to pick up multiple times. When I finally was put through to the driver, he practically cussed me out, said i had to wait an extra 1.5hours (this place is 15 mins drive away) and flat out lied about roving the halls of my building (impossible as you need two different codes to get past two security doors). Man on the phone is no help at all (-get this, he doesnt even work there), cannot speak to management . Shame cause the food is at least a 6/10.
