A double oven cooker written off by Bellings restored as good as new by Carey's. Engineer unbelievably efficient, extremely professional and a delightful attitude.
Cannot describe the feeling when you do something right for once.

Laurence the engineer came on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without having to order parts. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

Rearranged schedule to come same day for the standard call out charge, arrived exactly on time, friendly and courteous, diagnosed the problem over the phone ensuring they had the correct part to bring with them.

Grill part replaced in April by very pleasant engineer - however, the wrong part had been ordered first time due to wrong information given by receptionist (Debbie?) So he had to make two visits. Grill not working again recently, which I assumed would be under guarantee. Phoned to request a further visit, during phone call I pointed out that wrong info had been passed on to engineer so he had to make two calls. I said receptionist was a layperson, and was informed she was a qualified electrical engineer. Hmm! Find this hard to believe. Result? Phone was put down on me and Careys have not honoured their guarantee, online booking was ignored and call from landlord (who paid for repair) did not have any result. Go Carey's!
