My name is Carey Ashwin and I provide counselling to individuals and couples in Penrith, to help them deal with various issues problems.

There are many reasons why relationships between couples become strained or break down, especially given the stresses of modern life. It often helps to talk to an impartial person and work through your problems together, which is what my relationship and marriage counselling provides with the aim being to have you and your partner feeling as close as you ever have.

I also counsel individuals for a range of problems including depression, bereavement, drug and alcohol addiction and eating disorders. I work with you to get to the root cause of your issues and eventually overcome them, improving the quality of your life.
