Caremore Carpet Upholstery Cleaning

This guy was a really pleasant and friendly chap but that's the best I can say about him. He left my parents' 3 piece suite wet (I wasn't even sure it was meant to get wet but assumed he knew what he was doing). When it eventually dried out it seemed even smellier and grubbier than it was before he started. I wish I'd had someone to warn me about him before I started but I was taken in by the "20 years experience" on his fliers.

this guy turned up to my house to clean my upholstery, i left him to do i't and after he finished it was in a worse state than before, he soaked the furniture without looking at the cleaning instructions' that were shown' when i pointed out to him that it says on the instruction's not to clean with water his reply was it did not matter as they all say this' when he had finished' the suit was in a worse condition than before and left stained' when i confronted him about the damage he told me he was not insured' we are now having to replace the furniture' as it is a mess' so beware of employing this company they are rubbish.
