I shopped for the first time to buy a wheelchair for my mom. We were welcomed and treated very nicely by two of the nicest young ladies in a long while. They catered to our needs and ensure we have what we needed and that we were happy with our purchase.

Today, my mum and I visited the Croydon Branch of CareCo. Carla took really good care of us. Carla was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to get exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this branch. Staff made us feel comfortable.

A quick and pleasant experience.

I visited CareCo, Croydon today with my wife to choose a mobility scooter. The store was easy to find, and the facilities of the store, including parking, were excellent. The gentleman, Joe, who helped my wife and I understand the numerous choices that were on offer could not have been more helpful,
He understood immediately what my wife wanted and needed, and was able to address all our questions and to quickly help us in our decision.
I felt Joe made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and we are delighted with our purchase. Well done!

I visited Croydon branch on 13th Sep and was helped by Kaylee and Lorena, Kaylee was extremely helpful in demonstrating the I GO vertex sport which I then bought. I took delivery yesterday 17th Sep and can't wait for the 24 hour charging period to be up so i can start using it.
