Careco Southampton

I went into Care Co for a recliner chair. Ben Bridger was so helpful. He showed me all the models and explained that I could chose what style seat, arms etc as well as material He was very patient as I couldn't decide on the material I wanted. He showed me two different books one showed the stain resistant material and that was what I chose . I even had a demonstration as to how pen ink can be removed from the material using only water. I felt I was an important customer. Ben explained how I have 2 days to change my mind on materials if J wanted to and how the returns system works.

I purchased a Chair from the CareCo Southampton Shop. I had a chat with the Showroom Manger on the phone beforehand just to confirm everything was in order. He assured me everything would be OK, All in all a good shopping experience, the Manager (Kev) was excellent
