Served by Christine at the Norwich Care Co store. Great service and good knowledge of the products. Was able to test out lots of the equipment and scooters with excellent demonstrations. Purchasing was easy and quick. Would recommend.

Good Range and lovely Staff.

We took my parents here on Saturday as they both need chairs that stand you up and also have the massage feature. Debbie helped us and I cannot praise her highly enough. My parents felt totally at ease with her and she was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. There are a great range of chairs as well as other equipment for different needs. We travelled from Hunstanton and it was well worth the trip - we would all highly recommend it.

Impressive Service

We were most impressed by the Norwich CareCo shop. It was clean and inviting. We had immediate assistance from Nik Jones, from whom we could ask no more. He was extremely helpful and made sensible suggestions; such as try taking the wheelchair apart and see if it would fit in the boot of our car, to making sure that we tried every model. Many thanks for making spending the money such an enjoyable time.

Disapointing for a Mobility company

Cannot give a lower rating, visited Norwich Shop, wished to purchase £1499.00 chair, full payment up front when ordering, 6-8weeks delivery, delivery to front door only or £80 extra, will not take away old chair, all this reconfirmed to-day by telephone, This is for disabled customers, NOT FOR THIS ONE.

Disapointment

Very disappointed, I have a problem with my wheelchair and have sent two emails to careco with no response , I called the store who promised to call me back in 15 minutes that was three days ago. Is there an after sales service ?. Problem still not resolved.
