Visited Leeds showroom today and was met at the door by Ginda who explained what was relevant to my requirements. Spent a while in the recliner chair area where there were many models to choose from. Selected the model, I decided to buy, then back to Ginda who did the transaction for me. The whole experience was extremely painless and the showroom and toilets were, immaculate. There is no pressure to buy and Ginda answered all queries in full, and with a smile. We'll deserving of a five star award.

Having gone for a mobile scooter test,I was shown 3 models of which I had expressed interest.NONE of the models were in a moveable state with all seat seized solid and impossible to move.Seat adjusting levers broken!! on all 3 .The manager of this branch needs a reprimand
