This care agency are horrendous, the staff have no respect for their clients, do not give them any type of dignity, they shout st their clients, and pull them around like rag dolls, very recently a man working for the agency had been forced to stop working due to him giving a client too much medication because he was 'rushing' and sadly due to this the client passed away. Please do not use this company to look after your loved ones if you want good quality care!
