This vets has been amazing for me and my Dog, I was one of the first to join and have been very happy with the service throughout. They haven’t overcharged me and have given some great cost effective advice and have been professional and caring at all times. I would recommend

All the staff go out of the way to look after the animals they see, I have three, one is terrier of people but loves everyone there, my dog recently ate a ball and it was very touch and go for awhile and they went above and beyond to help him

Extremely poor customer service do not recommend

I wish I could give the level of service I received zero starts.
I have been coming to this vet since October 2021 and the only reason for this was because no other local vets were taking new clients (I should have realised at this point this was a red flag).
I had been quite a few times maybe 4 and they always seemed all over the place but this was the worst.
Today’s experience was awful. Our cat is very attached to us and they didn’t allow me to go in with him (which every other time I have been). They were rude, charged me £11.60 more than the last time I went which was 2 months ago. I understand prices have gone up and I’m happy to pay whatever but I thought this was crazy. When I asked the receptionist why it had gone up so much she said ‘ are you sure it was here?’ What sort of a question is that. I have never had a good feeling about this place and it’s definitely got worse every time I have gone.
