Excellent service & personal care

Care At Your Home provides excellent care for the service user. The company's owner and the carers he employs are eager to know what particular level of care is required and how they can meet the service user's specific wishes on a daily basis. They are aware they are coming into people's homes and are polite, respectful and empathetic. A rapport has been established very quickly and the service user looks forward to their visits. This has not always been the case with previous companies we've used. As the next of kin I am able to check the online portal to see staff rotas, feedback notes on each visit plus I am immediately notified of any areas of observation or concern. Using Care At Your Home has helped me and the service user enormously. It is a huge weight of my mind that she is happy, looked after and has regular interaction in the comfort of her own home.
