Company is awful, you make agreements with the office, the staff decide that they do not have enough time. If they are in for 10 mins on a half hour call out, you are lucky. Problems have included urine soaked sheets but on cloth sofas (we didnt know where to put them) carpets etc, pools of it left on mattress. Abuse thrown at family members. fridges left open. Dirty plates reused. Comments said to client that leave them uncertain. Then the company refuses to deal with the problem as they close ranks with each other as most live in the same house. They agree not to send the worst problem out, and at first excuse they back down with agreement. Use them at your own risk
