Excellent Support, Always helpful

I had a hardware issue with my Acer Chromebook and after researching the repair shops in town, I decided to go for Care 4 IT given their high reviews. Sebastian explained the fix could be done in a broken piece could be replaced. He said he would call me by the end of the day with a more precise quote and timeframe.
The price he quoted me was fairly reasonable and was all-inclusive so there were no surprise charges when I came back to pick up my laptop. He was communicative and highly professional. He completed the fix even sooner than he had initially outlined.
Beyond this though, I found it nice that he also remembered me and some of the things we had discussed when I first went in; I'd hurt my leg a few days before I came in and he was kind enough to ask me how it was feeling. For me, it's the little things like that which really help a service stand out.

I received excellent service from Care 4 IT as they were able to remove a virus from my laptop and save all of my important files within 24 hours. As a student I really recommend this service as my device was fixed so quickly and the service is so friendly. They also set me up with really affordable security on my laptop. I cannot rate this place enough!

A quick and very efficient change over from an ageing laptop to an all in one computer Care4It were a huge help for me. Nothing was too much trouble even when I had to return to ask Sebastian to install a few other things for me.
